Mid-season Playing Opportunities

New players are invited to register their intention to attend one or more of the following mid-season try-out sessions with the aim of joining the club for the second half of the 2021 season:

– Monday 2nd August
– Tuesday 3rd August (men’s and women’s teams)
– Wednesday 4th August (men’s teams only)
– Tuesday 10th August (men’s and women’s teams)
– Wednesday 11th August (men’s teams only)

Meet at the Northern Pavilion at Princes Park to be ready for a 7:30pm start. Sessions will run until 9pm.

Step 1: Ensure that you have filled out the club’s Expression of Interest form this year (no need to re-submit it again if you’ve completed this step in 2021).

The current season runs until the first or second weekend of September.

Football Victoria’s deadline for clubs to register new players for the remainder of the season is Friday 20th August.

Club membership fees are discounted for players registering for the second half of the season. The component of the fee that the club needs to pay to Football Victoria or Vic Soccer is not discounted as those federations do not provide mid-season discounts on their fees.

There may be opportunities to train, but not register to play, with a MUSC team for the remainder of the season with the intention of joining the club in 2022.
