Notice of 2024 AGM
This notice is to advise of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the members of University of Melbourne Soccer Club Inc (ACA #A0025954L, ABN #22 951 070 200).
The details of this meeting are as follows:
Date: Wednesday, 11 December 2024
Time: 6:30pm – 7:30pm
Location: Social Space B, Melbourne University Sport, Nona Lee Sports Centre, 103 Tin Alley, The University of Melbourne, Parkville Campus, VIC 3010 (Map: https://maps.unimelb.edu.au/point?poi=664777)
Members will also be able to attend the remotely. A Zoom meeting link will be distributed to members in the lead up to the AGM.
The business of this meeting will be:
- To confirm the minutes of the 2023 Annual General Meeting.
- To receive reports upon the activities of the association for the preceding year.
- To receive and consider the financial statement of the association for the preceding financial year.
- To elect the Directors.
- To seek nominations for other volunteer committee positions.
- To consider any other business.
There are no special resolutions proposed for consideration at the 2024 AGM.
The club’s annual report and financial statement will be distributed to members ahead of the AGM.
Proxies
A member entitled to attend and vote at the AGM may appoint a person to attend and vote at the meeting as the member’s proxy. A proxy must be a current member of Melbourne University Soccer Club. A proxy may be appointed by completing the electronic proxy form at least 24 hours before the commencement of the meeting.

Proposed items for consideration in other business
If you would like to submit an item of other business to be discussed at the AGM, please email these to [email protected] any time up to within 48 hours of the meeting.
Other business can also be raised without notice during that agenda item at the meeting.

The unconfirmed MUSC 2023 Minutes will be attached prior to the 2024 AGM.
A finalised agenda for 2024 will be released ahead of the meeting.
