2021 Annual General Meeting
This notice is to advise of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the members of University of Melbourne Soccer Club Inc (ACA #A0025954L, ABN #22 951 070 200).
The details of this meeting are as follows:
Date: Wednesday 27 October 2021
Time: 7:30pm
Location: Online via Zoom (a link will be distributed in advance of the meeting)
The business of this meeting will be:
- To confirm the minutes of the 2020 Annual General Meeting.
- To receive from the Directors reports upon the activities of the Association for the preceding financial year.
- To receive and consider the financial statement of the Club for the preceding financial year.
- To elect the Directors.
- To seek nominations for other volunteer committee positions.
- To consider any other business.
Proxies
A member entitled to attend and vote at the AGM may appoint a person to attend and vote at the meeting as the member’s proxy. A proxy must be a member of Melbourne University Soccer Club. A proxy may be appointed by completing the electronic proxy form at least 24 hours before the commencement of the meeting.

Proposed items for consideration in other business
If you would like to submit an item of other business to be discussed at the AGM, please email these to [email protected] by Monday 25 October.
Other business can also be raised during that agenda item at the meeting.

A finalised agenda will be released ahead of the meeting.
The Board intends to table the Annual Report and Annual Financial Statement by the weekend preceding the meeting so members can consider these ahead of the meeting. These documents will not be taken as read.
A Board Member nomination pack will be released ahead of the meeting. Nominees for positions on the Board will be published in the week leading up to the AGM.
A list of committee position descriptions will be released ahead of the meeting.
