Intervarsity

The Melbourne University Intervarsity team is a student-only representative side that competes in various tournaments against other universities. The program is distinct from Melbourne University Soccer Club, however the club plays an important role in supporting the program. Many of the players who have managed, coached and played on Melbourne University’s Intervarsity teams have also competed for Melbourne University Soccer Club.

In 2023, Melbourne University Sport endeavours to field men’s and women’s teams at the UniGames Nationals. These will take place on the Gold Coast, from September 25th to September 29th. Trial information will be shared here and on MUSC socials as they are confirmed. To find out more, please head to the Melbourne University Sport website.

If you have selected “Varsity” as your preferred level when filling in the club’s Expression of Interest form, your information will be passed onto the respective Team Manager’s for their consideration. Their details are also listed below if you are interested in trialling for the intervarsity teams or have any questions.
